Hi ladies. I'm still feeling exhausted and 12 hours of sleep isn't helping a bit. DD, work, and the condition of our house are all suffering. I talked with my OB a few days ago about adding something to my PNV. She said I could do a B-complex or iron, even though I wasn't deficient in my first labs.
I'd like to start with just a B-complex but I'm overwhelmed with options. Anyone take one they love and really feel a difference with?
I'm leaving towards the Vitafusion gummy one since it sounds like most B's are very stinky. I'd love to hear what's helping other moms.
