UPDATE to Freaking out, please help

My bloodwork came in and my thyroid is functioning perfectly, which means it's most likely been functioning perfectly all along. It's just big and has some nodules and cysts which pose no threat to baby whatsoever. The feeling of relief is just indescribable. Thank you so much to those of you who offered support (posted or not). Smile
