I've been lurking on this board for a while so I figured it was time to officially introduce myself! I'm a FTM (about 14 weeks along) and due August 24th. I must say that even though I've been pretty quiet around here, I have already found all of your advice and experiences to be extremely helpful!
I did have a question and wanted to see what you guys think... I know its recommended not to sleep or exercise on your back during the 2nd trimester, but I find myself consistently waking up on my back and I'm starting to wonder if this could be a potential problem? Any suggestions on how to "train" myself not to end up sleeping on my back??
