Hi All! Recently I have started waking up in the middle of the night around 3 or 4 AM to EAT. It's not a slight hunger pain that I can sleep though...it's ravenous and sickening. I CANT IMAGINE that I REALLY NEED more food than what I eat during the day. Because---I eat A LOT. I eat very healthy, but plenty of food. Is this happening to anyone else? I'm wondering if this kind of hunger pain means that I really need this food---or if I should try to drink some water and so back to bed...???
I'm on the high end of gaining...about 22lbs in 28 weeks.
