Sinus Infection

I've had it for over a week and am going to bang my head on the table if it does not go away. I get them a lot, but it is always just one side. Tylenol does poo for me. What the heck am I going to do? Since this is typical for me, I usually just tough it out until it goes away on its own, but I'm tired as it is, this is killing my energy level. I am never a fan of antibiotics for little stuff, so that's where I'm hoping at least one of you has a miracle for me. Where are my second tri boosts??? HELP!
