Rash?

February 2013 in 3rd Trimester

Between last night and this morning I suddenly am getting little bumps that look like pimples on my breasts and the lower part of my abdomen. They don't itch a lot. I'm not one that's sensitive and gets rashes a lot. Has anyone had this happen? I have a doctors appointment in two days, so I'll ask her then. Unless, of course, this is something to be worried about.
