HELP!

I have the driest lips ever. Like they are disgusting. Cracked, sometimes bleed, and just so dry. I've tried soft lips, Chapstick and neosporin lip therapy and NOTHING is helping. Any product suggestions?

August is our favorite month!
Married 8/6/2005. DS #1 Born 8/2/2011. Baby #2 8/13/2013!
