Liquid Nitrogen

Ok... call me an idiot, but I didn't know it would be harmful to be exposed to liquid nitrogen. I work in a Dr office and we use it frequently. We had a malfunction w/ our sprayer today. I been playing with it all day trying to fix it. One of my providers yelled at me and told me that I wasn't supposed to be messing with it. We had someone try to fix it later in the day and had a massive expulsion of the gas. I had a mask on at the time. I know this is kind of weird, but I was wondering if anyone else have had this happen or any advice.... do you think it's going to hurt me or the baby????
