Group B strep test at 34weeks

February 2013 in 3rd Trimester

I had my GBS test today at my 34weeks appointment, I'm 34.3weeks but I thought the test was suppose to be done between 35 and 37weeks. I'm worried bcos I want the result to be accurate. Anyone else done the test at 34weeks and how was the result?
