Strange Rib Pain?

Last night and all day today, I've been experiencing weird pain on my right side, under my boob, around the front and back. I'm 17 weeks pregnant and a FTM. Is anyone else experiencing this? Or, did you experience it with other pregnancies?

Sometimes it is like a sharp, cramping pain then it's just dull and achy. Only lying down seems to help, but I'm at my desk most of the day, so it's not really an option.
