Doctor appt today

I'm going back to the doctor this afternoon for another ultrasound. They saw a hematoma last time 2 weeks ago so they're monitoring it. I'm 14 weeks today. I'm really hoping for no change OR improvements hoping its not any bigger! I'd love if anyone would send some positive thoughts my way!!
