baby transverse at 31 weeks?

I know that I have plenty of time for this to resolve, but baby has been consistently transverse for the past few weeks. Because of her position, OB says I'm measuring 2-3 weeks behind (not a concern, though). Does anyone else have experience with this? When did your baby turn? I've heard it's supposed to happen around 27 weeks. And when should I start feeling concerned? Her head is always on my right side, feet on my left, just under my ribs. Just wondering!
