Baby measuring BIG. STMs, any thoughts?

Hey all,

 

i had an ultrasound yesterday to check on my low lying placenta and the tech told me that the baby is already 4 lbs 13 oz!!!  i'm only 30 weeks (and don't look any bigger than the average 30 week pregnant lady).  The doctor commented that the baby is in the 95th percentile for size and mentioned c section...and i burst into tears.  Getting pregnant was an ordeal and i so badly want to have a natural birth if i can (though i'm grateful just to be having a baby). 

i know ultrasound measurements in the third tri can often be really inaccurate so i'm trying not to get too panicked, but still.  

Anyone have any experience with measurements being out to lunch?
