How am I going to be able to give birth if i'm like this?

I don't remember feeling like this with my first pregnancy. I just vacuumed the living room (which is pretty small by the way) and that's all I did and I feel so weak! My body aches all over, I started feeling super hot, and i'm soooo exhausted. When I was pregnant with my daughter I don't think I felt like this and I was perfectly fine cleaning the entire house without getting this tired, hot, and achy before this pregnancy. I know it's normal to feel tired but all of this? Anyone else feel like they can barely do anything without feeling miserable?

I got 8 hours of sleep and all i've done this morning is get my toddler dressed and feed, showered, and vacuumed and now i'm ready to go back to bed.
