Soo uncomfortable right now!!

I'm at work right now and all of a sudden, like hit with a ton of bricks, I'm miserable!! My stomach is so distended and tight, my bladder feels full but no pee is coming, I tried to poop, no poop. My back is hurting and my stomach is so tight I can't even stand up straight or it hurts. I'm all of a sudden so tired out of no where. Ugh am I just being a baby and should stop complaining?!
