Cramps, lower back pain, UTI?

I have had uncomfortable, but not necessarily painful, cramping in my lower abdomen today. It's noticeable and constant but not crippling. I'm also having constant, dull lower back pain.

No bleeding, some nausea, &  (TMI alert) frequent bowel movements. I plan on calling my midwife in the am, but all I could come up with from Dr. Google was possible UTI. I've never had one, do these symptoms compare to any of you that have had one?
