Stupid insurance

I called h's insurance to see what I would need to have my pump covered. I was told I would have to have a prescription after birth and it is only covered if either I or the infant have a hospital stay that separates us. When I mentioned the reform she was clueless. She had no idea and didn't even mention manual pumps as an alternative although what I need is a double electric. I tried asking questions, but she just kept reading the same paragraph off of her computer. I also have insurance through my work so I guess I'll try that next. So frustrating!
