I posted yesterday that I made a math review worksheet for my students that had a message that I was having a baby in August. It was hysterical! Of course they moaned when I told them we were doing a review sheet, but when I told them there was a secret message they were all excited. I mentioned that they couldn't yell out the message when they finished because they needed to let others figure it out. You could hear giggles and "awe" and "really?" as they started finishing. They were so excited. The best part was they thought they were the first to know. They were a little disappointed when I told them most of the other teachers already knew. It feels good not to have a secret!
