What baby toiletries are necessary?

I want to stock up on some baby toiletries before she comes home, but I'm a little confused as to what I would need and why.

I know I definitely will be picking up Desitin and Johnson's Head to Toe wash (I've heard it's great). But what else?

Oil, lotion, shampoo, powder... what are they all for and should I get some of each??
