Help need advice please!!

February 2013 in 3rd Trimester

I'm 36w6d pregnant with my first baby, since feb.13 I've been experiencing pelvic pain pressure causing it very hard uncomfortable to walk. Move side to side while laying Down getting out of bed. What can be the cause of this? Has anyone been or going through this? Does it mean ill be going into labor soon?
