Constant BH?

My belly has been hard for almost two hours. No release like a normal BH. Is this still a BH? I've never had one just last and last. I also have some back pain, but no pain/cramps in my abdomen, so nothing to really time.

The only other pain I can remotely describe would be little pin/needle pain under the skin of my belly here and there. LO has made small moves all day.

Does this sound like anything or am I making this all up?!
