Leaking boobs

So I'm 16weeks and noticed beads of clear colostrum yesterday on my nipples, I know it's normal to leak during pregnancy but just wondering if this is happening to anyone else this early, this is my first baby and today I soaked my tshirt while napping!so wierd!
