I've found something that makes my poor pregnant body run like clockwork again. Every evening before bed, I eat one large apple or two small ones. For the past 10 or so days of this, I've been totally regular on at least 8 of those days. I get that this probably won't work for everyone, but if you are as miserable as I was and can stomach apples at this point in your pregnancy, try it! It has completely set me to rights. Hope it helps some of you out there as well!
