When to call doctor

On Monday we had a scare- lots of blood. On Tuesday we found out I have a small hematoma (I posted about this on Tuesday to see if anyone else had a similar issue and got great support and responses). Now I am 13 weeks today and I just have this super heavy feeling in lower stomach. It almost feels like a cramp but isn't like a period cramp. I guess a better word would be a kink. However, I am not bleeding anymore. Just a little bit of brown spotting but even that has gone down a lot.

I already called the office on Wednesday just to go over what the hematoma means again because I didn't listen as well on Tuesday with the relief of finding out we didn't miscarry. I don't want to be a pain and call about every single thing...and I don't think I would be paying attention to this feeling if I didn't have the hematoma. Is this a normal feeling at this stage in pregnancy? I'm a FTM so I am not really sure.
