baby higher at night full bladder?

It seems as though when I'm laying down or at night baby seems to ride up high into my ribs.. like very high and it causes a ton of pain. My husband calls it lumpy belly because you can see babys whole butt above my rib cage. I'm not sure if this is the laying position or maybe a full bladder? I've tried sleeping propped up or on both sides..I also wake up on my back a lot and I wake up every 2hrs or so to pee and I am always in severe pain, both in my ribs and cramping very low and I have a hard time just getting out of bed and taking the 10 steps to the toilet. Anyone else felt like this? Baby is still high with no dilation as of Monday and I'm hoping it will be soon because carrying around a 9 pound baby i know estimates may be off is for the birds!
