Tdap during every pregnancy...

Anyone see the updated recommendation by the CDC that all pregnant women (even if you received it previously) should get the Tdap between 28-36 weeks of every pregnancy?

While I understand the importance of all adults getting the Tdap (mainly for the pertussis portion) anyone know why during every pregnancy? Is it similar to the flu shot - so you pass some immunity to LO?

I received the Tdap about a year and a half ago - I'm nervous to get the same vaccine so close - obviously I will be speaking with my Dr about this at my next appt just wondering what others have heard/done.
