Doppler users ("hearing kicks")

Does anyone else think they hear movement when using the doppler? I can't feel anything yet but I swear Baby kicks the wand. I hear "thumps" that I didn't hear at earlier weeks and I hear it when I am positive I am not moving the wand I have even tested it by holding my breath to be sure I am not moving at all and still catch thumps.....anyone else hear anything similar?
