Travel systems

What do you ladies know about travel systems?   I am debating between the Graco & Chicco travel systems.  The Chicco travel system I really love, the car seat has a 22 pound max. The Graco car seat goes up to 30 pounds.  I like the look of the Chicco better, but the Graco is more appealing because it has a higher weight limit and would allow us to hold off a bit longer on buying a new car seat. Which brings me to my question....if we end up going with the Graco, how is the quality of their strollers? It seems to me like Chicco has a more sturdy, quality stroller...In which case, I'd rather go with the lower weight limit and have a better quality stroller. But I don't have any personal experience with either. Can anyone offer any advice?  Oh, and I can't go with more expensive than the Chicco, so that's not an option!
