Not seeing bump *sigh*

So I'm 15w4d and still can't see a difference.  I know it's my own fault, I was overweight when I got pregnant (thanks stress and IVF hormones/meds).  I actually dropped about 5 lbs in the first 6 weeks and have stayed there but I'm still sad that I can't see a difference.  DH swears he can tell but I just feel.....lumpy (for lack of a better word).

 Anyone else experiencing this?!  I can definitely FEEL the bump, just can't see it yet.
