false labor?

So for the first time last night, I had some very strong labor pains that woke me from my sleep last. I got up walked around, drank some water and used the rest room, which stopped the contractions. Then I laid back down and about a half an hour later the whole thing started again. Do you think these are false labor pains? I have not had any pains since last night.

This is my second pregnancy and with my first I was induced (thanks to uncontrolled HBP) and I do not remember having any contractions or BH before the induction. So I'm wondering if this is considered false labor....
