So, I know a lot of people have had great luck with this site and the diapers (I actually bought a couple NIP off a swap and like them) 

Anyway, its been over 5 weeks and my package still hasn't left china. At first I thought it was just a glitch with the tracking number, I've emailed them several times over the past 2 weeks. I either get "Give it a couple more days" or nothing.

At this point I am super annoyed. I know shipping from china is sketch, but I've ordered things from china before and never had this issue.

I asked her for my money back 2 days ago and no response. Should I escalate it to a paypal claim for non delivery?
