Baby Bump?

I'm currently 14 weeks with number 2. My first will be 3 in August. I'm 5'0 and haven't gained too much weight yet, but I feel huge. I'm wearing maternity jeans and don't look "fat" but my belly looks 5 months already. Anyone else have this on their second pregnancy? Or am I just crazy?
