Watery discharge

I'm 11 weeks 5 days. About 15 minutes after sex, I noticed my panties felt particularly wet. When I checked them, I found a clear watery slightly sticky discharge had leaked. I am used to some thicker white discharge from time to time but this is my first experience with this type. Thought about calling my dr office when they open and just asking a nurse but wondered if anyone on here has experienced the same thing. Should I be concerned?
