c section question

I had my 34 week appnt last night and dr and I asked to dr a few question about delivery.  One question was whether or not he felt there was an increased chance of a c section because of my size. (I am 4'11 and pre pregnancy 98 lbs.)  I have currently gained 15 lbs.  His response was ver nonchalant- "Oh absolutely your size increases your chances.  But it doesn't mean vaginal birth is impossible."  I'd like to go w a vaginal birth, but I trust my dr and want whats best for the baby.  I'm just curious if there are any other FTM that have been told the same thing and if there are any STM that are small, but did not require a csection.  TIA!
