I feel like a walking ad for Pepto Bismal

Nausea, heartburn, indigestion, upset stomache... well you know the rest. For the last few days it's been like this. I'm having some small contractions, but nothing too intense and they're not regular at all. I've heard that all this could be a sign that labor may be on the way (I'm almost 37 weeks), or it could just be a stomach bug. Either way, I feel miserable =(
