Feeling weird

I'm waiting to go to my 12 week scan this week and freaking out that there will be no babies. I had a m/c back in August and I'm just finding it hard to trust everything will be okay this time...I've had ZERO morning sickness/nausea and minus my belly and hunger have no symptoms...maybe oily skin but that's it...maybe I'm scared to connect with my babies for fear of losing them? Anyone else go through this?
