So worried! Need some STM+ advice

I'm pregnant with my second baby and my son will be 2 years 9 months old when baby comes. Lately i've been consumed with fear..will I be able to handle two kids, how is DS going to react to my time being taken up, how will I deal with the sleep deprivation and having a toddler to tend to on top of it, and on the list goes. I just can't shake this feeling of being overwhelmed and really nervous of how its all going to work out! I'm needing some advice/words of wisdom/comfort from you mommies who have already made the transition of going from one LO to two. TIA
