which maternity body pillow?

I am having a lot of back pain and I have been looking into purchasing a body pillow which is supposed to help. I dont know which one to buy. I am tall (5'10) and I also am unsure about the pillows that prop your head as well. I want to be able to use my own pillows and then have a separate pillow for the neck down (and that I can use between my legs of course). The S shaped ones do not look very appealing. They are pretty pricey too so I dont want to buy something that I wont like. What is everyone's thoughts or recommendations for a good maternity or body pillow?
