Hi everyone!
I have gotten heartburn in all 3 pregnancies. I don't have it when I am not pregnant. During pregnancy #1, Tums were my best friend. During pregnancy #2 they made me sick (literally) so now I don't use them. I am now 32 weeks along with #3, and I am waking up in the middle of the night with heartburn. I have found that dairy helps ease it a little. I also just tried doing the cat/cow stretch and for some reason that seems to clear it up right away. Does anyone have any other helpful suggestions on how to avoid heartburn altogether? I try to limit foods that I know will bother me (sauce, juice, etc.)
