Bleeding...

So when I went to the bathroom when I got up a little bit ago, I noticed I'm bleeding. I had a pretty stressful weekend and yesterday was EXTREMELY high stress. I have no cramping/pain and so far it's just when I wipe, no spotting in-between. ANd no clots. I drop my daughter to school in about 10 minutes, so I'm going to call the Dr then (they JUST opened a minute ago anyway). I'm tryig not to stress since there's no cramping. But I haven't bled at all so far. I'm 11w2d today.
