Hi ladies,
I am really struggling with what to eat and drink. I didn't realize how much stuff I drank that had artificial sweeteners in it. Plain water is just not doing it for me and I'm getting sick of sparkling water.
Also, I am a teacher and always make myself a sandwich for lunch. Now that deli meats are off the menu, I don't know what to eat! I need something quick and easy, as I don't have much time to eat.
My brain is really at a loss for any creative and practical ideas. Any suggestions?
