What to get at consignment sale?

Hello, experienced mommies and daddies! My area is having its ginormous baby/kids/maternity consignment sale and I get to shop a day early tomorrow being a first time mom. We don't know what the sex is, I'm just sporting a new bump, and I'd like to take advantage of the sale by getting some supplies/stuff/clothes at big discounts... but of course, I have NO idea what to get. 

They have everything from "infant equipment" to "infant clothing," "maternity clothing" to toys, strollers, and costumes. We're not due until August 7, but I don't think there will be another big sale like this one before baby comes. There are plenty of smaller sales around, but I'd like to get in on this big one.

So what can I get at 14 weeks that will make my life easier? Thanks so much!
