For the last week, I have been experiencing increasingly intense hip pain in both of my hips. It is so bad right now, that standing and walking is excruciating. I am overweight anyhow, and have probably already gained about 6-7 lbs since becoming pregnant, so I am sure that is a factor. There are some yoga positions that bring me temporary relief, but the pain always returns within an hour or so. Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone have any suggestions? I can't help but feel like 13 weeks is a little early for pregnancy-related hip pain.
