Strollers... help!

So we've been looking into strollers and I really like the Britax B-Agile Double Stroller. When this baby is born our son will be 2 years and 8 months. He is tall for his age and my husband thinks he won't need to be in a stoller, I disagree. When I get the OK is start exercising from my OB I will be taking long walks and I can't push a single stroller and have DS running around. I guess I'd like to know what other moms have done/will do about strollers with toddlers and newborns? Thanks!
