I have stopped throwing up

And I know I should be glad but I am not in the 2nd trimester.  I was throwing up so much and then when the dr. took me off the pio, 2 days later I feel a million times better.  So now I am worried about that.  I went to the dr and he said that things are good and he is still cautiously optomisitic.  He is sending me to a high risk obgyn.  I know that this is all good things but I can't help but worry that there is something wrong if I am not throwing up constantly.  So I ordered the Sonoline Fetal Heart Monitor to try to calm myself down.  Did anyone else stop with the morning sickness after stopping the pio but it was ok?
