United Healthcare and pump

I know this has been asked before but it sounds like everyone was getting different responses because the insurance agency just wasn't set up to handle claims for this yet. I've had coworkers on the same plan tell me purchasing in or out network is covered 100% while others were told buying out network would be reimbursed 50%.   Others say various calls to Edgepark (in-network provider) got different responses (many different models available including Medela, which I want; or told only one model from a different company was available).  

 

Just wondering,  has anyone successfully gotten their pump paid for through United Healthcare?  What did you get and how was the process?
