dogs and pregnancy

We've had our dog for nearly 4 years now (she's an older dog-around 13) and she has been fine overall at night (as in she lets us sleep and leaves us alone).  The past probably 3 months though she has been keeping us up at night and knocks down the gate that keeps her out of our room and whines constantly.  I'm starting to wonder if it's related to the baby, if she's picking up on my pregnancy.  We haven't changed anything that we usually do in regards to her.  Has anyone else had this experience or is my dog just getting old and wierd?
