Weight gain...or lack of

I'm a little nervous, I'm 14 wks 4 days and according to my home scale have not gained any weight yet. I started off about 10 pounds overweight and am wondering if this has something to do with my lack of weight gain. I go to the doc on Feb 15 Im just so worried they'll say something is wrong. Last appt I was 11 weeks 5 days and baby was kicking and punching up a storm and had a 160 heartbeat. Anyone having weight gaining issues???
