Question about pumping/stocking up

LO is two weeks tomorrow. I will return to work after her 8 week shots. I have heard that one should start pumping between 3-4 weeks. When did any working Moms start pumping. Also she will be two months. I figure maybe 3-4 oz is what will fill her up. Does that sound right?
