Arms falling asleep

February 2013 in 3rd Trimester

Any suggestions on how i can keep my arms from falling asleep while i am trying to sleep at night. It is very uncomfortable and i can't seem to keep it from happening. I've propped myself up while sleeping and that doesn't really seem to help either. It's just one of the many things that are becoming problematic while i am trying to sleep.
